In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, collaborating closely with the sales team to offer tailored product solutions, and managing communications with key customers. You will engage in field applications, assist in identifying technical requirements, and ensure seamless integration of products with customer specifications. Key responsibilities also include problem resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.
