Job location: Sateco Suzhou Ltd. in Kunshan, China

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for all quality related topics with customers. Handle all quality claims, lead the communication of quality issues with customers, internal production and engineering team. Improve the customer satisfaction and product service level of Sateco.
Challenge
- Perform work related to project quality issues, APQP, PPAP process with customers
- Coordinate internal and external departments for quality related topics
- Manage customer quality claims, use 8D process to close all complaints
- Support customer satisfaction evaluations, improve the customer relationship through close communication and professional service related to quality issues
- Manage the internal or external testing issues, manage communication with external labs for special test requirements to meet customer’s specifications
- Assist HQ quality team to manage all related quality issues which are conducted in the Chinese market
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling or Electronics etc.
- At least four years’ professional experience in Automotive, Electronics or Mechanical components field
- Work experience with quality management process, especially with automotive quality systems and knowledge of tools including APQP, PPAP, 8D etc.
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken), Japanese language skills an advantage
- Willing to travel at short notice
- Should be located in or willing to locate to Kunshan, China
