Challenge
- Lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities
- Review and approve inspection reports, test reports, NCRs, and quality documentation
- Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment
- Manage incoming, in-process, and outgoing product inspections
- Maintain traceability and accuracy of quality records and documentation
- Lead, coach, and develop QA/QC team members
- Coordinate customer complaints and supplier quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering-related course
- At least 5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably with supervisory experience
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Management System
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Goal-oriented and highly organized with strong document control skills
