Challenge
- Lead new product and process development activities
- Develop and maintain process documentation in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015
- Plan, optimize, and monitor manufacturing processes to achieve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfactionÂ
- Support Customer, ISO, Internal, and Supplier Audits
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actionsÂ
- Drive Continuous Improvement and LEAN Manufacturing initiatives
- Evaluate and optimize new machines and production equipment
- Design jigs and tools using CAD software and implement Poka-Yoke solutions
- Improve process flow and production layout efficiency
Qualifications
- Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering course
- Knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing Principles
- Familiar with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Proficient in 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis techniques (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Poka-Yoke)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements
- Experienced in CAD software and tooling design principles
- Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
