Order Processing Specialist 100 %
Job location: Sateco Headquarters in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland
Date of entry: Immediately
In this demanding position, you will be the direct contact person for our international clients. You will coordinate the required materials, planning, manufacturing, and logistical processes from our production plant in China to our customers. With your proven experience in this or a similarly complex field of work, you are used to staying calm and composed under pressure and setting priorities. You always focus on the customer.
Your Challenge
- Fulfill orders from order acceptance to invoicing
- Process purchases with our plant in China and the local office in Hong Kong
- Keep track of manufacturing and delivery deadlines
- Organize deliveries and coordinate closely with the logistics company
- Assist in managing key figures and optimizing processes
- Manage and participate in intradepartmental projects
Your Qualifications
- Possess several years’ experience in logistics, retail and/or goods manufacturing
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure and set priorities
- Enjoys and has experience in dealing with customers
- Works in an organized, structured, and independent manner
- A quick-thinking team player who is always willing to learn
- Very proficient with computers and experienced in ERP/EDI and common Office applications
- Business fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
