If you have a background in industrial engineering or a related field, coupled with a passion for IT administration, this role is tailored for you.
Your Challenge
- Provide IT support to all end users
- Support ERP & CRM systems used in the company
- Provide technical support to computer base electronic devices in the plant. (Bio metrics, scanners, printers, cctv, door access readers)
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
- Network administration
- Server Administration
- Application Support
Your Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, technical course preferred but not required
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Two years’ experience with administration of Microsoft Servers (Physical and Virtual Servers), Active Directory, IT systems, network equipment (firewalls and switches)
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English language both spoken and written
