This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of ERP Projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints
Challenge
1.Project Planning and Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for ERP implementations.
- Lead the execution of ERP projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, and IT teams, to gather requirements and align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and external partners involved in ERP implementations.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular project team meetings to track progress, address issues, and maintain project momentum.
4. ERP System Expertise
- Possess a deep understanding of ERP systems and their integration with various business processes.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper configuration, customization, and integration of the ERP solution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ERP technology to make informed recommendations.
5. Quality Assurance and Testing
- Develop and implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and functionality of the ERP system.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues promptly to guarantee a smooth deployment.
6. Change Management
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to new ERP processes and systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the new ERP solution
Relationship to other positions
- Inside the company: Reports directly to the Finance Director and works in close collaboration with the IT Support Specialist and Financial Controller for technical review and implementation.
- Outside the company: Coordinates with the ERP Vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist with a focus on ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
