In this demanding position, you will be responsible for the operational planning and execution of intradepartmental projects in our company group. Aside from assisting with business matters, you will be executing IT/ERP projects on a global scale. Once you have undergone the appropriate training, you can also expect to work as an application manager for our ERP system.
Your Challenge
- Planning, organizing, and executing intradepartmental projects in the company
- Responsible for scope, deadlines, resources, risk assessment, and costs
- Instruct and manage interdisciplinary project teams
- Closely collaborate with specialist departments, external service providers, and customers
- Design, coordinate, and execute workshops and training sessions
- Responsible for IT solutions as a product owner
Your Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics or equivalent education with advanced project management training (e.g. IPMA)
- Several years’ professional experience in project supervision in the role of (partial) project manager and/or as part of a PMO activity
- Extensive know-how of ERP systems in a group with several legally independent units
- An in-depth understanding of processes in production operations (sales, production, logistics)
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- Intercultural competence and willing to be deployed abroad (particularly in Asia)
- Strong communications abilities at different levels
- Excellent German and very good English
