Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Supervisor at Sateco, where your leadership skills and warehouse management experience will contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouses. If you have a background in industrial engineering or a related field, and you're ready to lead a team while ensuring quality standards, this role is tailored for you.
Your Challenge
- Ensure the proper implementation and observance of GWP and 6S in all warehouses (Raw Materials and Finished Products)
- Check and ensure inventory accuracy
- Oversee and ensure the proper execution of all warehouse processes
- Monitor the packing and labeling of finished products inside the warehouse
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored in designated areas
- Train and lead the warehouse crew
- Ensure that all necessary documents are prepared, approved, filed, and safely kept
- Monitor and ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is in top condition
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the Planning Manager
- Collaborate with the supply chain and production control in the preparation of finished products for shipment
- Supervise the loading of finished products before shipping
- Check and monitor material issuance
- Ensure all receiving and issuance are properly documented
- Monitor and report expiring materials to QA
Your Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any equivalent field
- At least 5 years of working experience in warehouse management
- Training or orientation in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF
- LEAN Six-sigma certification (optional)
- Proven leadership skills
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven skills in GWP and 5S implementation
- Understanding of Inventory Management and Audits
- Proficient with computerized materials control programs
- Basic knowledge in the maintenance and operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Effective communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Quick thinking and adaptable, with judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Planning and organizational skills with a focus on results and quality
