Join our dynamic team as a Quality Systems Supervisor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality. As a key player in our organization, you'll oversee customer satisfaction, implement robust quality management systems, and lead a dedicated team to uphold excellence in every aspect of our operations.
Your Challenge
- International Management System Control
- 8D and 5M1E Management and Control
- Planning and organizing Internal Audit activities (system, product, and process)
- Document Management and Control
- Management Review
- Supplier and Customer Management (Documents, plan, and monitoring)
- Management of Supplier Audit results
Your Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial/Electronics Engineering or any related course
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in quality assurance and quality management system is a must
- Experience in System Supervisor in the automotive and industrial industries is preferred
- Experience in customer and supplier coordination
- Experience in 8D Management
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Management System are required
- ISO /IATF, Six Sigma, 5S Certification and or any certification of QA inspection and trainings is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills and has a strategic approach to work with numerical and statistical analysis skills
- Good Management Skills (planning, projects, coordination)
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy and continuous improvement
- Quality Assurance methodologies and proficiency in relevant tools or software
- With technical knowledge and is collaborative
