Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality. As a key player in our organization, you'll oversee customer satisfaction, implement robust quality management systems, and lead a dedicated team to uphold excellence in every aspect of our operations.
Your Challenge
- Oversees process involved in prevention of faults in manufacturing
- Internal Defects Quality Management
- Manpower management
- Product sampling and inspection
- Laboratory management
- Identifying internal quality abnormal causes and countermeasure implementation
- Countermeasure effectiveness, tracking, and recording results
- Overseeing QA/QA personnel activities
- Performance measure and test coverage
- Incoming quality control/outgoing quality control
- Calibration management
- SPC Management/MSA Management
- New article management
- Interpret drawing, specifications, parameters
- Training and qualification of QA and QC
- Machine qualification
- Management of QA instruments, equipment, auxiliary tools
Your Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial/Electronics Engineering or any related course
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in quality assurance
- Experience and knowledge in quality management system is an advantage
- Experience in the automotive and industrial industries is preferred
- Measurement skills: MSA, SPC, Calibration
- Experience in PPAP Management
- Strong laboratory and control experience
- Strong statistical knowledge
- ISO /IATF, Six Sigma, 5S Certification and or any certification of QA inspection and trainings is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills and has a strategic approach to work with numerical and statistical analysis skills
- Good Management Skills (planning, projects, coordination)
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy and continuous improvement
- Quality Assurance methodologies and proficiency in relevant tools or software
- With technical knowledge and is collaborative
