Your Challenge
- Read and interpret drawings, AQL, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor and control operations to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Reject products failing to meet quality expectations and report issues to the concerned department
- Resolve quality issues while adhering to deadlines
- Prepare and execute documentation of inspection processes, including detailed reports and performance records
- Conduct initial troubleshooting of problems, investigate and analyze inspection results
- Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, and machines
- Familiarity with calibration and/or inspection techniques
- Generate quality records and reports
- Conduct quality audits, keeping track of noncompliance and irregularities
- Sort out quality issues, enhance processes to reduce chances of failures
Your Qualifications
- Any computer course, such as Computer Information, Computer Science, Computer Secretary, Statistical Analyst, Data Analytics
- Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance, calibration, incoming and outgoing quality inspection. Preferably with real-time experience in silicone rubber manufacturing or any automotive manufacturing field
- ISO/IATF or any certification of QA inspection and training
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, basic knowledge in measuring and calculating specifications, teamwork, organizational skills, technological skills, strategic approach to work, numerical and statistical analysis skills
