Conduct feasibility studies for new products and propose optimal proposals and solutions. Develop and implement process optimization strategies to maximize productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize defects. Drives advance technology and innovation projects. Work with SMT for Enhanced Products and for other engineering tasks as needed.
Your Challenge

- Drives advance technology and innovation projects
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations as needed
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field or experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, process, product design & development and tooling
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software such as Creo Parametric or SolidWorks
- Hands-on experience in various manufacturing processes like Injection Moulding (Thermoplastic & Silicone), Compression Moulding Process and their associated processes like over moulding, Spray Painting, Printing, Coating and laser etching
- Knowledge of process optimization, problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design, mold-related & manufacturing issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
