Join the dynamic Sateco team as a Manufacturing Operator, playing a vital role in the production process. This is an opportunity to be part of a global leader in high-precision manufacturing, contributing to the creation of innovative products that set industry standards.
Your Challenge
- Quickly adapt and learn the assigned process, focusing on start-up and operation of SPH
- Provide crucial support for the QMS and EMS certifications of SPH
- Adhere to general requirements regarding attendance, code of conduct, and company policies
- Perform assigned processes following Work Standards (WI) and Model Standards (MS), conducting quality checks during start-up and/or model changes to meet target output
- Promptly report and seek assistance from supervisors when abnormalities occur in production
- Accomplish daily working time reports and submit properly filled-out production check sheets to the Supervisor
- Conduct monthly inventory tasks
- Support and participate in companywide programs such as 6S and QMS audits
Your Qualifications
- High school graduate or with a vocational course
- Minimum of one year experience in electronic manufacturing setup as a production operator
- 20/20 vision and not color blind
- Skills in operating and maintaining production machines, tools, and jigs
- Adherence to Quality Management System and Environmental Management System
- Possess good moral character
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a production environment
- Physical skills - strength and coordination
- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations/pressures
- Knowledge of safety rules and procedures
- Basic computer skills
