Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician at Sateco, where you'll be the driving force behind the electrical and mechanical systems that power our production. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our manufacturing excellence.

Your Challenge

  • Perform all electrical installations, factory equipment repair/maintenance, and other projects requiring expertise
  • Troubleshoot and repair machines, equipment, buildings, and systems, including plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC
  • Conduct regular routine inspections of the factory
  • Carry out directives related to building operations and work safety
  • Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, documenting all tasks
  • Oversee the installation of machinery and equipment
  • Undertake the repair and rehabilitation of major and minor production machinery and facilities
  • Safeguard tools, apparatus, equipment, and workshop machinery
  • Handle fabrication and related workshop requests
  • Maintain areas under responsibility, ensuring housekeeping standards
  • Review work orders, estimate time and materials for repairs, and order necessary supplies
  • Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Conduct lighting system maintenance, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
  • Perform welding, carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith tasks as needed
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain machines and production equipment
     

Your Qualifications

  • High school graduate or with a vocational course in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge and skill in electrical and mechanical systems and standards
  • Basic understanding of machine maintenance
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, including willingness to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Effective communication of technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
