Inside Sales Serial Production & Logistics Coordinator m/f/d 100 %
Job location: Sateco AG in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland

In this international hub function, you manage series orders after final release for production. You monitor all relevant data and coordinate the delivery times of the weekly shipments with our production plant in Beihai, our hub in Hong Kong, renowned forwarders and customers from all over the world. Thereby you are an important link in the communication with our clientele and professional customer service is your passion.
Your Challenge
- Supervision of blanket orders and individual orders (via web EDI if necessary) including monitoring of deadlines and deliveries, preparation of Advanced Shipping Notices and shipping related documents (delivery bill, invoice, shipping instructions)
- Coordination and organization of weekly shipments with Beihai, Hong Kong office and various carriers and couriers
- Preparing and sending documents for payment release of serial orders Hub function in customer communication with a high level of understanding of our customers' expectations
- Ensuring urgencies and escalations are taken care of
- Creation and maintenance of master data in ERP and CRM
- When required, material orders with suppliers
- Billing and dunning support
- Substitution for absent team members
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational education (KV, commercial school or similar)
- Several years of experience in a comparable function, ideally in the support of international customers
- High IT affinity (Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems)
- Organized, structured and independent way of working
- Ability to remain calm, keep a cool head and prioritize under pressure
- Team player with a high willingness to learn and quick comprehension skills
- German as native language and very good English skills
- Other languages an advantage (e.g. French, Italian, Chinese)
