Job location: Sateco XT AG in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland

Sateco XT has been successfully working on industrializing innovative, silicone-based technologies. We aim to diversify the company for each particular product and market. This new job position was created to develop new markets over the long term and to build strong customer relationships.

Your Challenge

  • Assist company management with developing a growth strategy
  • Coordinate marketing and communications activities with Group marketing
  • Participate in trade fairs and events.
  • Identify and acquire potential customers and conduct on-site visits
  • Develop long-term relationships (primarily in Europe).
  • Cooperate with account executives from the country subsidiaries (primarily in the U.S. and Asia).
  • Independently process initial customer inquiries

 

Your Qualifications

  • Basic technical training/degree with advanced business training
  • At least five years’ experience in an industrial environment (mechatronics, sensor technology, electronics)
  • Experience in product launches and business development
  • Experience in medical technology a plus
  • Confident, genuine demeanor with advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • An all-rounder who tackles challenges, contribute ideas, and feels at home in a small team
  • An independent self-starter who works with an entrepreneurial mindset in the company and wants to help build something
