Accountant 40 - 60 % temporary
Job location: Sateco Headquarters in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland
Date of entry: Per August 1 or by arrangement
In this key position you will have shared responsiblilty for all accounting matters of our Swiss branches. You will play a key role in budgeting and, as a key user, tasked with the maintenance and further development of our expense and online payment platform. This position, which is initially limited until January 31, 2023, offers the prospect of permanent employment.
Your Challenge
- Work Independently to process business transactions in all areas of our accounting such as general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Management of fixed asset accounting
- Management of accounts receivable incl. dunning and collection procedures
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Assist with monthly and annual financial statements
- Optimize and document internal workflows
- Responsible for filing as well as archiving
- Key user role in our expense system as well as our online payment platform
- Preparation of the budget in cooperation with the corresponding division managers
- Analyses and ad hoc orders
Your Qualifications
- Basic commercial training with further training in accounting (e.g. accounting clerk)
- Professional experience in SME accounting
- High IT competence (Microsoft Office and ERP, ideally ABAS)
- Affinity for numbers and ability to work in a team
- German as native language and very good English skills
- High sense of responsibility and quality
- Understanding of processes in a production company (production, sales, logistics, etc.)
