- Monitor and improve product and process quality
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and analysis
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality management systems
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence programs
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- With experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in quality tools, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
